A one-day paper published on May 12, 1941 under manuscript rights. One hundred and thirty-nine pieces numbered from 1-139 were issued, here piece number 54, decorated with three photographs of Jozef Pilsudski and signed by: Władysław Pobóg-Malinowski, Czesław Chowaniec and Jerzy Paczkowski. Pieces were bound with strings, partly with the colors of the Cross of Virturi Militari (blue-black), partly with the Cross of Independence (red-black). Pieces by Stanislaw Zaranek.
