First edition of a novel by Jan Brzękowski (1903-1983), poet and prose writer, member of the Cracow Avant-garde, contributor to the magazine "Zwrotnica", since 1928 living in France, where he established contact with many avant-garde artists. On the pre-title page, autograph and dedication by the author, dated Paris, 3.VIII.1934.
