Publisher's set. A richly illustrated publication depicting the monuments of pre-war Poland. Volume one covers the Warsaw and Lodz voivodeships with Warsaw, Kielce, Lublin, Pomerania, Poznan and Silesia voivodeships. Volume two - the provinces of Lviv, Stanislawow, Ternopil, Volyn, Polesie, Vilnius and Novogrudok. The photos were taken by the best Polish photographers: Bulhak, Poddębski, Marcinkowski, Jaroszyński . The texts were compiled by Tadeusz Szydłowski, Jan Lankau, Antoni Karczewski, Jerzy Remer, Aleksander Janowski, Juliusz Kłos.
