The booklet contains an introduction by the author, a motion by Minister of Justice Kazimierz Okulicz dated June 1, 1954 to initiate proceedings before the Citizens' Court in London against nine Berg activists (the so-called Berg Affair), and a report of the so-called Commission for Liaison with the Country, established as a result of a resolution of the Provisional Council of National Unity dated September 1, 1954 by the National Unity Executive.
