Krakow 1895-1896, published by the Bookstore of the Polish Publishing Company. 13.5x21 cm, pp. VIII, 748, III, VII, 692 (2 volumes in 2 volumes, divided into 4 parts and 5 books - a set), half leather binding of the period. Good condition (small rubbing of the bindings, pen marks on the lower edge of the block of volume I, rusty soiling of some pages).
The main work of Rev. Walerian Kalinka (1826-1886), unfinished due to the death of the author. To this day it is the best source study of the history of the Four-Year Sejm.
