A colorful story of one of the most outstanding soldiers of the Second Republic. The author leads us through his recollections from his childhood experienced in Lithuania and his school years spent in St. Petersburg, through the period of the Russian war school and service in a foreign uniform, up to the Dowbor-Musnich II Corps. He goes on to recall his participation in the defense of Lvov and the capture of Vilna, the campaign of 1920, full of momentum and extraordinary adventures. We learn about the levels of service in the peacetime service up to the command of armored weapons and a motor artillery regiment in 1939. The wrapper was designed by Jan Rómmel.
