Warsaw 1878, published by Gebethner & Wolff. 11x15.5, pp. (6), 83, black and white illustrations by Andriolli on separate pages preceded by tissue guards, linen publisher's binding with rich gilt on the front, signed in dry embossing by bookbinder Karol Wójcik, gilt page edges. Good condition (scuffs and dings to the binding, soiling to the pages).

Poetic novel in two songs. The work was written in Warsaw in 1824 and already had several editions in the 19th century. Piece in a nice period gilt binding with illustrations by Andriolli - Polish painter, draftsman and illustrator.
