Book with the stamp of the library of the Polish National School in Batignolles (a Parisian high school for post-Uprising émigré youth). The author concludes his reflections on the political currents of the time, Christianity, Polish history: "We have shown that all the new ideas, so called today, both in terms of socialism and all other skills, Catholicism is the source - that it without exception originated all of them - that to it alone we owe the idea of brotherhood and real equality, and that to the realization of such it alone can lead mankind."
Jozef Ordęga (1802-1879) - political activist, participant in the November Uprising, member of the Polish Democratic Society in exile, in the January Uprising of 1863-64 commissioner of the National Government for France.
