Warsaw [1880]. Edition of the composition of engravings and all objects used in painting by Karl Sommer. 14.5x10 cm, period binding, cloth with gilt. Good condition (discoloration and minor soiling of the binding).

Leporello with 21 views of Warsaw (including Warsaw from the Praga River, the summer theater in Lazienki Park, Krakowskie Przedmieście, the Grand Theater, the City Hall, the Saxon Garden, the University, the Copernicus monument, the palace in Wilanów, churches, an Orthodox church, a synagogue). Photo captions in four languages: Polish, French, Russian and German. Photograph of a synagogue taken by Louis Glaser, a photographer from Leipzig (caption under the photo). Infrequent. The National Library does not note this edition in its collection.
