Book from the book collection (ownership stamps, M.K. signature on spine) of Mieczyslaw Karlowicz (1876-1909), composer and conductor, and one of the pioneers of Polish mountaineering. He was active in the Tatra Society, published articles on mountain hiking, and was passionate about climbing, skiing and photography.
