Includes a letter from Colonel Wladyslaw Zamoyski, former Chief of Staff of Corps II, to the editor of the daily newspaper "Trzeci Maj". Added as appendices is a letter from b. Kap. J. Kowalski of the Quartermaster General's Staff to Colonel Zamoyski and a letter from the former Chief of Staff of the President of the Government, Colonel F. Breanski, to the editor of the "Third of May" daily.
